Payment

Price - what does it cover?

The price is a sum to cover a license for the game software as it exists at the time of purchase.

Also see the section Guarantee and licensing conditions for the individual game software.

Program price does not include support. See Support.

VAT

All displayed prices include. 25 per cent VAT. Due to administration burden we cannot offer for business customers in the EU to have the VAT deducted.

Payment methods

We accept the following forms of payment: Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express.

Delivery

Game software download

For purchases of games on www.maxandthemagicmarker.com or www.pressplay.dk is that you download the program from the site. The game cannot be delivered on CD, DVD or other media. License Keys sent to your email along with a copy of your purchase receipt. From this email, it is always possible to re-download the game.

Merchandise and other goods

Orders received by 12 A.M. on weekdays are normally dispatched the same day. If we are experiencing continuing delays stretching out over several days, it will normally show on www.maxandthemagicmarker.com.

Return Policy

Game Software Licenses

Games sold through www.pressplay.dk or www.maxandthemagicmarker.com can always be tried in a demo version, either browser based or as downloadable software. You are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to make sure the game works on your PC, and otherwise meet your needs and expectations. Furthermore, you are encouraged to read the game's minimum requirements. It is stressed that meeting the minimum requirements is no guarantee that the game works and performs as expected. See also Guarantee.

Once the license key information, that acts as electronic sealing of the game software, has been send to your email or in any other way disclosed to you the purchase cannot be refunded.

This also applies if you are a private home consumer; cf. the special rules regarding software. See the Consumer Agency's website.

Merchandise and other goods

You have the right to undo your purchase following the regulation in the Danish Consumer Act. However, the product must be returned to us within 14 days after you receive it. The product must be returned in same condition and quantity as when you received.

The product must be sent safely in protective packaging.

When you use your right to undo your purchase, you must pay the freight to send the product back to us.

Repayment is made as quickly as possible after we receive the returned goods and has checked that it meets the conditions for undoing. Please include your bank account information so that we can transfer money directly to your account.

Returned goods are handled as they are received. Is your item not returned to you or have you not head from us within 9 days, please contact us.

Guarantee

Software Licenses

Press Play ApS cannot guarantee that the game software is without errors, that it functions properly in every hardware and software configuration, or that it otherwise complies with certain expectations. Press Play ApS cannot accept to cover any losses or expenses, a user might have as a result of errors in the game.

You should try the game before buying it.

You should be aware that changes in hardware or software configuration of your computer may mean that a program is no longer functioning properly.

You should always have backups of your data in order to minimize any loss of data.

Especially concerning updates

For most of the Press Plays games you can download free updates to the main version of the game software on www.pressplay.dk or www.maxandthemagicmarker.com. As a rule, an update could be installed easily, but problems can arise eg. due to computer configuration. Therefore, you should always ensure that you have a backup of your data and the old version, before updating, so that you in case of problems can return to the original version.

NOTE! There is no warranty or special support for the free updates.
