This is it! The last week has been crazy. Especially because we finally got to see how people responded to the demo where they actually got to play around with the core mechanic. It has been great to watch how people have come up with their own solutions to the final puzzle. That is precisely what we aimed for when we chose to focus on free drawing and creativity.
Finally, tonight at 12:00pm Max & the Magic Marker will hit WiiWare in Europe and we can’t wait.

The game is better than the demo. The levels are bigger and there are a lot of achievements.

Max it´s on the WiiWare´s Top 10.

Hola, tan sólo decir que me he comprado el juego y me ha gustado mucho, es muy original y esta muy bien pensado, de los mejores de WiiWare.
Espero que el juego tenga mucho éxito ya que se lo merece.

Looks like some people are encountering bugs.
Please read the comments of wiiwaregamr & Sneaker13 at NintendoLife.

Also I have encountered some bugs in the online Demo.
I have noticed that you can sometimes go though the ink and it seems to have to do with the collision detection. It seems like if you put yourself or other objects in a small space then you can get thrown out of the ink or the ink will throw you out of the screen.

Playing the demo I once ended up invisible under the starting water still alive and had to restart the game. http://i45.tinypic.com/2r2wvia.jpg
