A Pretty Good Day…

unityawards

The 30th October 2009 was a pretty good day for Mikkel, director and lead programmer on Max & the Magic Marker. Not only had he taken the day off, he also married Louise and the same night – so late that the date had changed in Copenhagen – his game won the Unity Award for Best Overall Game.

So this morning he woke up (hung over) to the wonderful news that Max & the Magic Marker at the Unity Awards show in San Francisco last night, not only won the Best Game prize but also was a runner up in the Best Technical Achievement category as well as a finalist in Best Visual Design category. Check out the other proud winners on Unitys website.

We are of course very proud and this is a great opportunity to thank Unity for the prize as well as for providing the most awesome game development tool out there!
